Only knowing Erroll via very Trad recordings I inherited from my parents, i was keen to hear this, and I will buy any LP with a version of Spinning Wheel on at 3 for a quid! The cover has the flavour of those great Euro Jazz LPs of the 70's and Lo and Behold it would appear to be an MPS recording. Spinning Wheel certainly doesn't disappoint with some quite risque playing throughout the album, beautifully recorded and obviously well pressed, the vinyl looks ditched but it sounds amazing.
